Dothan to Tallahassee. We put in a 91 mile day and crossed Georgia with only a lunch break. We left Dothan, Alabama just before 8 am, and 1.5 hours later, crossed the Georgia state line. Shortly after 4, we crossed into Florida. But that was after Rob’s rear derailleur did the pretzel trick. He was not able to fix it permanently, as he had Diane’s pretzelized derailleur, but his jerry-rigged repair (which included a zip tie) was good enough to get us through the last 20 miles to the Sleep Inn in Tallahassee, our home for the evening.

In Florida at last!!
Twisted into something approaching straight. I know it doesn't look that bad, but on the side of the road Diane was asking if I wanted mustard with the pretzel. Tomorrow we’ll get to a bike store for a permanent fix. Diane and Rob
